Our Story
InSeason Ag Innovations was built from the ground up by brothers Greg, Roger, and Ryan Cox, rooted in firsthand experience farming in California’s Central Valley.
After a devastating frost event in December 2013 caused significant losses in the family’s citrus groves, the brothers set out to create a better solution to protect young trees. That effort led to the invention of TreeGloves®, a perforated polypropylene frost-protection system designed to trap ground heat while allowing air, water, and sunlight through.
What started as a single product designed to solve a real on-farm problem quickly gained traction with growers across the Valley.
“InSeason was built from the ground up, with a long-term vision and a commitment to doing things the right way.”
From Visalia to Reedley
For nearly 10 years, InSeason Ag Innovations operated out of Visalia, California, working from a shared warehouse while the business grew steadily. During that time, the company expanded its product offerings, customer base, and operational footprint — all while staying lean and hands-on.
Today, InSeason Ag has taken a major step forward with a newly built 100,000-square-foot warehouse and office facility on Alta Avenue in Reedley, California. This facility now serves as the company’s headquarters and distribution hub, designed to support long-term growth, improved logistics, increased inventory capacity, and a stronger customer experience.
Located in the heart of the Central Valley, the Reedley headquarters places InSeason directly in one of the most productive agricultural regions in the world — close to the growers, packers, and partners we serve every day.
Manufacturing That Changed Everything
A key turning point in InSeason’s growth was the creation of InSeason Manufacturing Co.
By moving into our own manufacturing operation, we gained full control over:
Raw materials
Product design and performance
Quality and food-safety standards
Production timelines
Costs and global logistics
This shift allowed InSeason Ag Innovations to scale with confidence while maintaining consistency across every product line. Manufacturing our own materials gave us the flexibility to innovate faster, customize solutions, and meet the demands of customers across multiple industries.
That manufacturing foundation is what enabled InSeason to grow into what it is today.
InSeason Packaging Co.
Building on that foundation, InSeason is now moving forward full force with InSeason Packaging Co.
While agriculture remains at our core, InSeason Packaging Co. expands our reach to provide flexible packaging, films, woven materials, bulk bags, and custom packaging solutions not only for agriculture, but also for food processing, industrial, and other commercial applications.
This evolution reflects what our customers have been asking for: dependable packaging, consistent quality, and a supplier that understands both production and real-world use.

A Family Company, Built to Last
InSeason Ag Innovations remains a family-owned and operated company. We believe that matters.
We think long-term, value relationships, and build products we stand behind — because we come from the same industry as the people we serve. From our early days in a shared Visalia warehouse to our new Reedley headquarters and global manufacturing operations, our focus has stayed the same: build better products, do business the right way, and grow with our customers.
